Although we started the business focused on entry-level roles, over the last two years we’ve evolved.
Now, our customers—hundreds of companies across the United States and the world—come to us not just for an entry-level, well-trained athlete or veteran, but also for a more experienced athlete or veteran who’s looking for that third, fourth, or fifth job but has that DNA that you bring to the table as an athlete or as a veteran.
So we have had a lot of success placing people at the mid-level, the director level, even the VP level.
