Many of our candidates are just transitioning into the working world after years of competitive sports or military service. So, while their existing work experience may place them at a more junior level, they prepare, practice, and execute like seasoned professionals. We also have experienced candidates that you can easily find in the platform.
To start you’ll search for candidates and filter the results based on location, demographics, work location preference, and start date. Then, from your Company Dashboard you’ll be able to see the candidates you’ve favorited and started conversations with, and can request specific next steps such as interviews and assignments.

Our training curriculum and candidates’ skill sets are industry agnostic, so we work with companies of all industries and sizes to fill open roles with motivated athletes and veterans.
In addition to career coaching, each industry comes with tactical industry relevant skills that make you more marketable on the job market. We also have a science backed mindset assessment that allows our candidates to understand where they are in terms of mental preparation to go after their goals and identify their purpose.
We charge a percentage of base salary for each candidate you hire (contingent upon the candidate staying for 90 days). Once an agreement is in place, Shift connect is free for you to access in order to explore and engage with talent. We also offer a substitution, that lowers the cost per hire significantly!
Partnering with Shift Group has been a game changer in our recruitment process for government sales executives. Within 30 days of partnering, we've had two accepted offers, both of which are great culture fits (retired Army Ranger and former D1 Baseball player with sales experience) and have direct relevant experience for our roles. The Shift Group portal makes it easy to browse through candidates on my own time and get a baseline on each candidate.
When managing an xDR team at a high-growth company, recruiting and hiring is critical.
