Shift Group is proud to welcome John Kaplan as a Strategic Advisor and Consultant. John brings over 20 years of executive experience in sales leadership. He specializes in performance management, sales training, and development. Prior to co-founding Force Management, John was Senior VP of International Operations at PTC. He also spent nine years at Xerox in sales management and development.
