Shift Group is proud to welcome John Kaplan to our team as a Strategic Advisor and Consultant. His background includes over 20 years of executive experience in sales leadership and execution, specializing in performance management and sales training & development. Prior to co-founding Force Management, John served as Senior VP of International Operations at PTC and spent 9 years at Xerox in sales management and development.
