Holy Cross Athletics Teams Up with Shift Group to Empower Student-Athletes for Post-Uniform Career Success

WORCESTER, Mass. — Holy Cross Athletics is joining forces with Shift Group to provide student-athletes the tools, coaching, and resources they need to translate their athletic experience into real-world career success. This renewed commitment further establishes Holy Cross as an industry leader in student-athlete development, proving that Holy Cross isn’t just invested in wins on the field, but in preparing its student-athletes for life beyond the uniform.

For student-athletes, transitioning out of uniform is challenging — but offers a unique opportunity as less than 3 percent of college students play a sport. Traditional resumes and hiring methods often fail to capture the discipline, drive, resilience, and values proven through competition. Shift Group addresses this gap.
