We help you identify your new purpose, work on soft skills and interview prep, tell your story as an athlete/veteran, and learn foundational job skills.

CANDIDATE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We only require that you’re a former athlete, coach, or military serviceperson who’s looking for a full-time career and willing to work hard. Some employers may also require that you have a Bachelor’s degree, but not all do. We do not require any specific work experience.
In addition to career coaching, we train you in essential business skills. This includes specific skills that will make you successful in your first 180 days in whatever industry you choose. We’ve developed industry-specific training in partnership with leaders from every industry we focus on.
We can’t guarantee job placement, but candidates who do the work, are accountable, coachable, and authentic have no issues getting numerous job offers. Your coach is also there to help you make company connections and prepare for interviews. If we can’t get you a job, we have training that shows you how to network your way to a job on your own.
Our program involves about 5 to 10 total hours of coursework, plus meetings with your coach, and can be completed at your own pace. You can finish in 3 days, 3 weeks or 3 months, however motivated you are to start interviewing with hiring companies.
Our sales training curriculum is applicable anywhere, so we work with companies of all industries and sizes to fill their open roles with our candidates. The skills you learn in our program are universal and can be applied to any role that interests you.
No, the program is 100% free for candidates. We make money from the companies who hire our candidates upon completion of the program. All we ask for in return is that you are accountable, coachable, and authentic.
