FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHO CAN JOIN YOUR PROGRAM?

We only require that our candidates be a former athlete, coach, or military serviceperson who’s willing to be accountable, coachable, and authentic.

WHAT DOES THE CURRICULUM LOOK LIKE?

There are several options for Athletic and Military Organizations. We have self-discovery exercises, broad NIL Training including content creation and activation, Professional Networking courses, career discovery and transition courses, and access to speaking engagements and on-site workshops.

HOW LONG IS YOUR PROGRAM?

Our program is online and self-lead but also includes access to live coaching. The length and curriculum is dependent on the needs of the partner organization.

WHAT DOES A PARTNERSHIP LOOK LIKE?

We partner closely with you to determine which pieces of our curriculum align best with your athletes and veterans, update you on progress, and share insights into how opening our curriculum and service offerings are impacting the well-being of your Athletes and Veterans in uniform as they transition out of uniform.

ASSISTANT COACH PROGRAM

GREAT MISSION

We wouldn’t be where we are today as sales leaders without the early mentors who helped shape our sales approach, mindset, and tactical skills. Our Assistant Coach Program provides our candidates with that same opportunity.

GREAT FLEXIBILITY

As an Assistant Coach, the ask is simple — donate as little as 30 minutes a quarter, or as many hours as you’re able to give. We’ll work around your schedule and provide a shared calendar that you can update in real-time.

GREAT CAUSE

For every thirty minutes you spend with a Shift Group candidate, we’ll donate $25 to a charity of your choice. So, in addition to giving back to the next generation of sellers, you’ll be contributing to a great cause.
