Outside of his military experience he boasts certifications in Salesforce Administration and Project Management from Google. 

In his most recent role as a Functional Analyst, Tim proactively engaged senior military leaders, gathering data for trend analysis, and persuaded them to make his proposed changes. 

Throughout his 11-year Army career, Tim was an exceptional leader who inspired dedication and enthusiasm by all who worked alongside him. His achievements include building relationships with local nationals in Afghanistan, maintaining a perfect qualification rate for trainees, and successfully creating and implementing innovative programs. These accomplishments highlight his ability to lead, mentor, and inspire those around him. 

Tim’s military journey has equipped him with the adaptability and problem-solving skills crucial for thriving in dynamic sales environments. He excels under pressure, as reflected in his ranking as 5th nationwide in the Department of the Army’s 2019 Best Non-Commissioned Officer Competition.
