Nick Mims

Nick is a high-performing candidate with a track record of driving teams to successfully achieve organizational goals. Nick attended Drake University where he achieved success on the soccer field, in the classroom, and invested in the local community. He earned his B.S. in Accounting and was a member of Drake men’s soccer team that qualified for the NCAA Division I Elite 8. After graduation, Nick began his career as a financial analyst for HNI Corporation.

After a short time in the accounting industry, Nick transitioned into coaching as an assistant coach for men’s and women’s soccer at University of Houston-Victoria (UHV). It was at UHV Nick was able to find a face paced role which developed his communication, cold-calling, and mentorship skills. Nick’s ability to connect with individuals and inspire them to perform at their best was evident during his successful tenure at UHV. After a successful 3 seasons at UHV, Nick was named the head men’s soccer coach at Concordia University in Austin, TX. Under his leadership, the program experienced unprecedented success, including seven straight conference tournaments and a historic conference championship in 2021. Nick’s tenure at Concordia showcased his ability to identify organizational values, articulate value propositions, and adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

Now, Nick is eager to bring his expertise, tenacity, and creative problem-solving skills to the tech sales industry.
