Kevin Kaczmarski

Kevin is a galactic candidate who we are thrilled to bring to you. Kevin attended the University of Evansville where he made a lasting impression on the baseball field, in the classroom, and in the community. At the University of Evansville, Kevin received honors including; First-Team All American, Joe Carter player of the year award, led the entire nation in hitting, three time First Team All-Academic team carrying a 3.5 GPA as an Exercise Science/Psychology major, and a finalist for the Senior Class award which is given to the most outstanding senior-student athlete in NCAA Division 1 sports.

In Kevin’s final year of college, he was drafted by the New York Mets in the ninth round where he went on to play five years of professional baseball. He made it to the pinnacle of his career in 2018 where he made his debut against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Citi Field, and then retired a year later due to injuries and an inner feeling to try something new. Since retiring, Kevin dove inwardly to determine what was next for him as his desire to serve others was channeled in different avenues. These avenues include education, life coaching, baseball coaching, real estate, and writing. Each avenue gave him a powerful skill he will bring with him to his sales career. Kevin’s growth mindset which he received from writing and baseball, his ability to hold space and listen actively which he received from life coaching, his adaptability when things don’t go as planned which he learned in education and baseball, and his will to get back up and come back stronger which he learned in every avenue are what make him an outlier in the candidate pool of future salesmen for your company.

After a long hiatus from his baseball grind, Kevin is eager and ready to tap back into his competitive spirit and help a team reach their pinnacle. Motivated by scoreboards and constructive feedback, Kevin couldn’t be any more ecstatic to join a company that understands how to work collectively as a team. He wants to be a part of a company that will align with his drive, challenging him to be the best version of himself as well as the best salesman he can be.
