Fletcher Tynen

Fletcher is a highly motivated hard worker who wants to do the little things to achieve company and personal success. He attended Boston University, where he competed daily for the Men’s Basketball team. Fletcher’s drive was on display when the opportunity arose to complete his master’s degree, which he did in Global Marketing Management. This past year, he has grown his work experience with three different marketing jobs where two included sales task components, proving himself a multi-tasker with a continued drive for growth and learning.

After 16 years of dedication to a competitive team sport, Fletcher gained communication, collaboration, accountability, drive, and creativity from the sport he loves the most. These skills have helped him build a young career in marketing, where he has translated each skill used in sports into tangible skills for success in his professional career. These skills have been exemplified through his work in partnerships, brand management, social media, digital marketing, and sales.

Fletcher has used these marketing tactics alongside his skills to ultimately drive sales and awareness for each brand he has worked for. His most recent project involved discovering and vetting a business that aligned perfectly with his company’s mission to complete a partnership. This partnership developed sales for his company, providing the company’s product, which was then sold as a topping for a smoothie bowl.

Fletcher is always looking outside the box for where his company’s product or service can be of use. He continually works hard on each task presented to him but is always thinking of the “something” that can ultimately drive success for a company. Being on time and reliable are characteristics he values in himself, while being organized is a skill he prides himself on.

Fletcher is ready for the next step in his career and is motivated to do whatever it takes to become a successful and knowledgeable salesperson/marketer. What impresses me the most about Fletcher is that he is a relentlessly hard worker who takes the initiative to deliver results, is a positive figure to be around, and is coachable. He is excited to join a company that is not afraid to go the extra mile to achieve constant growth and success. He is looking to join a culture of hard workers with a focus on collaboration and determination.
